Rules

1. No admittance without a ticket!
2. No refunds or rain checks, tickets are non-transferable.
3. No alcohol, firearms or drugs.
4. No loud music or abusive language.
5. No one in the water for ANY reason.
6. No throw nets, cast nets or seines of any kind.
7. No chumming, trout lines or snagging.
8. All "pack bait" must be edible by YOU before usage it in our lake.
9. No glass bottles or containers.
10. All fish must be handled in a net at all times! This includes catching and releasing fish of any size. NO "HOLDING" OF FISH FOR ANY REASON!
11. No lubricants (WD40, Slick 50, etc.) permitted on this property!
12. No trash in fire pits! Fires in fire pits only. Only firewood is to be burned, no skids, furniture, etc.
13. Fish straight out in front of you, no more than half way across the lake.
14. No more than 12 feet of bank space per ticket.
15. ALL BLUE CATFISH, SHOVELHEAD CATFISH AND BASS ARE SOLE PROPERTY OF SPRINGWATER PAYLAKE AND BAIT SHOP AND MUST BE RELEASED!
16. No braided line, treble hooks, stainless steel hooks or leaders permitted.
17. Two pole limit! On specific days, you can purchase a 3rd pole.
18. Fish at your own risk.
19. No dumping of bait into lake.
20. Do NOT clean fish on property.
21. NO PETS ALLOWED!
22. All lanterns MUST be kept in a 5 gallon bucket at all times.
23. No rock throwing.
24. ANY AND ALL protests must be made within 15 minutes of weighing a fish.
25. You must reel in your own pole to qualify for any jackpots.
26. Any fish WILL be disqualified from jackpots if not handled in a net, dropped, snagged or is bleeding out of gills or throat.
27. Anyone caught removing a fish over 10lbs from Springwater Paylake and Bait Shop WILL BE PROSECUTED to the fullest extent of the law!
28. Bait shop scale is the ONLY scale to be used for jackpots.
29. To leave and return to lake ticket must be left at bait shop.

ANY VIOLATION OF LAKE RULES WILL DISQUALIFY YOU FROM ALL JACKPOTS AND YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY!
