Rules
No admittance with a ticket.
Tickets are not transferable.
No refunds or rainchecks.
We reserve the right to see permit at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone or request anyone to leave.
Absolutely no on in the water for any reason.
No loud or abusive language.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES,FIREARMS, OR DRUGS.
no pets allowed.
fish at your own risk.
no glass bottles or containers.
no trash in fire pits!! firewood only (no skids, furniture, etc)
no throw nets, casts nets or seines of any kind.
no snagging, chumming, or trout lines.
all pack bait must be edible by YOU before being used in lake.
no braided line, treble hooks, or steel leaders permitted.
no "extra poles" allowed.
no lubricants (wd40, slick 50, etc) allowed.
all fish MUST be handled in a net at all times.
fish straight out in front of you, and to the middle of lake only!
no more than eight feet allowed between poles!
ALL BLUE CATFISH, SHOVELHEAD CATFISH AND BASS ARE SOLE PROPERTY OF SPRINGWATER PAY LAKE AND BAIT SHOP. And must be released unharmed!
Anyone caught removing a fish over 10lbs from Springwater Pay Lake and Bait Shop WILL BE prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
**FISH LIMITS**
Eight fish limit on channel catfish under 10lbs. each per paying adult. No limit on bluegill or crappie.
Adults - 12 years and up - two poles
8 fish limit - no limit on Bluegill
Children - 5 years - 11 years - one pole
5 fish limit - no limit on Bluegill
Fish over 10 lbs. must be returned to lake.
To leave lake and return, permit must be signed and left at bait shop.
As part of the consideration of the sale and purchase of this permit the purchaser agrees that the owners of Spring Water Lake will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries, fire or theft that befalls said purchaser or family or people accompanying him/her while at the lake or on way to or from lake.
Do not throw bait in lake.
Do not clean fish on property.
We are going to keep this place clean and we would like your
cooperation.
